At Elisa Johnson, we want you to be completely satisfied with your eyewear; if you are not happy with your purchase, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your eyewear in its original luxury packaging, including the protective case and microfiber cloth, to ensure it arrives safely.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
